07 Sep New Businesses+ Retail Opportunities
We are excited to welcome two new businesses to the growing Belair-Edison food scene.
Carryout and caterer, Chelle’s Kitchen, features soul food inspired by New Orleans cuisine offering favorites like shrimp and grits, crab cakes, jambalaya, and baked salmon. They are currently undergoing building renovations and are located at 3436 Belair Road.
Adding a little culinary variety to the neighborhood is Supremo’s Italian restaurant. They opened their doors during the summer, and now offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner with menu items including pancakes, wraps, salads, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and more! Stop by for take-out or enjoy a meal in their dining room along with free Wi-Fi and televisions. You can find them 4205 Erdman Avenue and follow them on Facebook.
Ready to Open Your Own Shop?
If you are feeling inspired to join the movement and open your own retail shop, restaurant or business in Belair-Edison there are currently two vacant store-front locations in search of new tenants, 3446 and 3418 Belair Road. The 3446 Belair Road property offers 1,600 square footage of space to make your own. The 3418 Belair Road location will be ready in early October and feature 1,500 square-feet of renovated space with a fresh paint, including chalkboard paint wall, new flooring, new signage, brickwork and electrical upgrades.
