Join us on Main Street to tour available retail locations for potential businesses through a retail pop-up shop + walk tour. Local artist and designer Paige Orpin will be reactivating 5-8 vacant commercial spaces into a bookstore, coffee shop, yoga studio, vintage clothing store, and record shop.

Walking tour kicks off at 3200 block of Belair Road and will end at BENI offices (3545 Belair Road). Participants can stroll the 3200-3500 blocks, visiting existing businesses and the pop-up installations along the way. A networking and happy hour event will be waiting at the end of the tour.

 

Pop-up stops on the tour include:

  • 3301 Belair Road: BB&T Building, open to the public for tours
  • 3412 Belair Road: Coffee shop and bookstore Installation and Yoga Studio Installation
  • 3418 Belair Road: Lemontopia Baltimore-Youth lemonade and desserts bar Installation
  • 3537 Belair Road: Vintage clothing and record store Installation
  • 3501 Belair Road: Green Apple Building, open to the public for tours
  • 3545 Belair Road: Art gallery space Installation (food, networking, and the last stop of the tour)
