The “Develop the Developer Academy” (DTDA) is a 5-day intensive training and networking opportunity designed to teach BIPOC developers how to successfully rehabilitate homes and revitalize communities in Baltimore. Under this initiative, HomeFree-USA, Freddie Mac, and curriculum provider Grow America, will deliver a standardized, vetted curriculum that can be adapted to meet specific market needs and community challenges.
The Academy will be held on: November 7 – 11, 2024 (Thursday – Tuesday) at the Cambria Hotel Arundel Mills (7700 Milestone Pkwy, Hanover, MD, 21076).
- Completed applications must be received by October 1st.
- Notifications of acceptance or denial will be made by October 11th.
- The price for the academy is $299.
- A limited number of scholarships are available.
