Belair-Edison is one of Baltimore's ten Healthy Neighborhoods, an initiative designed to attract and retain dedicated homeowners to stable city neighborhoods. Healthy Neighborhoods supports community improvement and offers low-interest mortgage and home improvement loans to those who qualify along with the technical and moral support to make sure everything happens smoothly.
